Endonem is a symptom record for endometriosis, not a general tracker. You keep a pain score, a body-map mark, bleeding, medication and whether it helped, then compile entries into a dated, sealed report for an appointment. Bearable is a separate app with its own listing: check the store listing and bearable.app, which this page does not describe.
Endonem is not a period tracker.

No. Endonem is not a period tracker. It keeps a pain score, a body-map mark, bleeding, medication and whether it helped. Whether Bearable fits you is on its store listing and bearable.app.
Do I need a regular cycle?
Bleeding is logged by dragging a range. No regular cycle required.
What if I miss days?
Nothing in the app counts your streak or tells you off for a day you missed. A gap in the data is rendered neutrally, never as a failure.
What do I bring to an appointment?
Entries become a dated, sealed report. Print it, or send it from the share sheet.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account and no server. The app has no networking code at all.
Does Endonem give me a diagnosis?
