Filling two weeks from memory means placing days honestly and leaving the rest blank. The last two weeks can be filled in from memory, and a gap in the data is rendered neutrally, never as a failure. This guide covers walking backwards, writing only what you can place, and compiling the sealed report with its entry counts.
Fill two weeks from memory
- Walk back day by day. Start with today and walk back across the last two weeks, one day at a time.
- Log what you can place. A pain score, a mark on the body map, bleeding, medication and whether it helped, for the days you can place.
- Skip what you cannot place. Skip anything you cannot place. A placed entry with a wrong day helps nobody, and the report carries entry counts.
- Let gaps stay neutral. Nothing in the app counts your streak or tells you off for a day you missed, and a gap renders neutrally, never as failure.
