It never leaves the phone.
Offline-first health data lives on your phone first, in an encrypted database, with no account and no server behind it. Endonem has no networking code at all, sends nothing anywhere, and runs no analytics. An encrypted backup of the whole record is free whenever you want one, and a new phone starts a new record unless you export first.
No analytics. Not anonymised, not aggregated, not ‘to improve the product’. No advertising identifier, no tracking, nothing to opt out of.

Where does my data live?
On your phone, in an encrypted database with its key in the Keychain that never leaves it. No account, no server, no networking code at all.
Any analytics or ad tracking?
No analytics in any form, and no advertising identifier, so nothing to opt out of.
What about backups and new phones?
The record stays out of backups on purpose, so a new phone starts a new record. Export first if the history should move. A free encrypted backup is available whenever wanted.
How do I delete everything?
Settings, Your data, Delete everything. On the device, with no email chain, no grace period, no recovery.
