An endometriosis symptom record is a dated account of what you felt, where it was, how strong it was, and for how long, kept in one place so a clinician can read it in minutes. In Endonem it is a pain score, a body-map mark, bleeding, and medication with whether it helped, compiled into a sealed report.
Years of ‘it’s probably nothing’ are hard to argue with from memory.
How a record becomes a report
- Log the day. A pain score, a mark on the body map, bleeding, medication and whether it helped. One-handed, in the dark, in under a minute.
- Keep going, gaps allowed. Nothing counts a streak or tells you off for a missed day. A gap renders neutrally, never as failure.
- Compile the report. Entries become a dated, sealed report. Print it, or send it from the share sheet.

No. Endonem is not a period tracker. It keeps a pain score, body-map marks, and bleeding logged by dragging a range with no regular cycle required, and nothing counts a streak.
