glossary · where it hurts matters as much as how much

Not a period tracker.

Body-map pain is pain marked where it hurts and what kind it is, rather than a number alone. In Endonem you mark where it hurts on a body map, with what kind of pain, alongside a pain score, bleeding, medication and whether it helped. Severity is one violet hue, light to dark, with no red-to-green scale.

Severity is one violet hue, light to dark. A 3 on a bad week is not a green day.

Mark the map

  1. Score the pain. A pain score for the moment.
  2. Mark where and what kind. Mark where it hurts on the body map, and what kind of pain.
  3. Add the rest. Bleeding by dragging a range with no regular cycle required, plus medication dose by dose with whether it helped.
  4. In a flare. Flare mode is a timer, five big steps, and nothing else.
  5. Backfill allowed. The last two weeks can be filled in from memory. Skip anything you cannot place.

Cost, in one line

An encrypted backup of the whole record is free whenever you want one, subscribed or not. Nothing on your phone is deleted or held back because a subscription lapsed.
