Teen starter sheet
Endonem is not a period tracker. It is a place to write down what hurt, where, and when — in your own words first.
Write down these four things
- The date it happened.
- A pain score from 0 to 10.
- Where it hurt, marked on a sketch of a body.
- Anything taken for it, and whether it helped.
Three rules that protect you
- No streaks. Missed days are fine.
- Gaps stay neutral. A blank week says nothing about you.
- Nothing here is shared. The page leaves the phone only when you hand it over.
My first date to write about:
The intake is free to walk, and page one of the report it makes is free to export and print — today or in a year. Start there; the rest can wait.
Endonem is a record, not a diagnosis. It does not detect, diagnose, treat, cure or prevent endometriosis or any other condition, and nothing in it is medical advice.
