The report
Each report is sealed when compiled so new data goes into the next one, holding a pain summary, a timeline, what changed across cycles and every medication with how you rated it dose by dose, with every figure carrying the number of entries behind it, ready to print or send from the share sheet.
The app is dark and quiet. The document is not — it is paper, and it is meant to be read by somebody else.

Where your record lives
There is no account and no server, with no networking code at all, no analytics in any form and no advertising identifier to opt out of, while the record lives in an encrypted database on this device with a key held in the Keychain that never leaves it.

If you stop
Cancel any time in your App Store account. Reports you have already compiled stay yours to read, print and send forever, subscribed or not. Nothing on your phone is deleted or held back because a subscription lapsed.
