What it is
A symptom diary for endometriosis is a dated record of pain scores, bleeding, medication and how each dose was rated, kept on your own phone. Endonem keeps that record encrypted on the device with no account and no server. Page one of the report the intake compiles is free to export and print.

Frequently asked questions
Is my record sent anywhere?
No. There is no account and no server: the record lives in an encrypted database on your phone, with its key in the Keychain. It stays out of backups on purpose, so export first if a new phone should carry the history.
What does the compiled report hold?
A pain summary, a timeline, what changed across cycles, and every medication with how you rated it, dose by dose. Every figure carries the number of entries behind it.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Nothing is deleted or held back. Reports already compiled stay yours to read, print and send, and an encrypted backup stays free whenever you want one.
Is page one of the intake report really free?
Yes. The intake is free to walk, and page one of the report it compiles is free to export and print, today or in a year. Cancel any time in your App Store account.
