A sealed report is a document compiled from your entries and closed, so new data goes into the next one. It holds a pain summary, a timeline, what changed across cycles, and medication with how you rated it dose by dose, with each figure carrying the number of entries behind it. Print it or send it from the share sheet.
The app is dark and quiet. The document is not. It is paper, and it is meant to be read by somebody else.
