How to export a printable symptom report
Last updated: 2026-09-12 · Author: Endonem
From entries to paper in three moves.
Exporting a printable symptom report means turning dated entries into a sealed document with counts behind every figure. The report holds a pain summary, a timeline, what changed across cycles, and each medication with your rating, dose by dose. Preview it first, compile when ready, then print or share. Earlier reports stay yours to read, print and send.
1. Preview before you compile
Open the reports list and preview the report as it stands before you compile a new one. Check dates run in order and the counts look honest. A preview costs nothing and changes nothing sealed. When the page reads cleanly, compile the new report and let earlier ones rest where they are.

2. Compile the sealed copy
Compile the entries into a dated, sealed report. Each report is sealed when compiled, and new data goes into the next one. Reports you have already compiled stay yours to read, print and send forever, subscribed or not. The seal keeps each document fixed while life keeps moving.
3. Print it or send it
Print it, or send it from the share sheet. The app is dark and quiet, while the document is paper, meant to be read by somebody else. Cream pages with a serif face suit clinical rooms better than a glowing phone. Hand over the stack and talk from the summary lines.

4. Mind the free first page
The intake is free to walk, and page 1 of the report it compiles from your answers is free to export and print, today or in a year. Later pages belong to the subscription, with prices shown in your own currency on the subscribe screen. Cancel any time in your App Store account if it stops suiting you.
Questions
What is inside the report?
A pain summary, a timeline, what changed across cycles, and every medication with how you rated it, dose by dose. Every figure carries the number of entries behind it.
Can I change a sealed report?
No. Each report is sealed when compiled; new data goes into the next one. That keeps every handout fixed and dated.
Do old reports survive a lapsed subscription?
Yes. Reports you have already compiled stay yours to read, print and send forever, subscribed or not. Nothing on your phone is deleted or held back because a subscription lapsed.
Is Endonem medical advice?
No. Endonem is a record, not a diagnosis. It does not detect, diagnose, treat, cure or prevent endometriosis or any other condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Bring the printed page and decide together with your clinician.
