How to log pain, bleeding and meds

Last updated: 2026-09-12 · Author: Endonem

One entry a day, same small set.

Logging pain, bleeding and medication means one small entry a day with the same fields each time. A pain score with a body-map mark, a dragged bleeding range, and each dose with whether it helped. Same shape daily keeps weeks comparable. Endonem stores each entry on your phone, encrypted, with nothing counted and nothing judged.

  1. 1. Score pain and mark the map

Give the day a pain score and mark where it hurts on the body map, with what kind of pain it is. Severity is one violet hue, light to dark, because a 3 on a bad week is not a green day. The entry takes under a minute, one-handed, in the dark, and today's square waits.

  2. 2. Drag the bleeding range

Record bleeding by dragging a range across the days it happened, with no regular cycle required. Irregular patterns, gaps and spotting all fit because nothing here assumes a textbook month. The range keeps the calendar honest when memory blurs dates together. Later months line up against earlier ones without averaging anything away.

  3. 3. Note each dose and whether it helped

Log medication dose by dose, with whether it helped each time. The report later reads lines like naproxen rated helping 1 of 4, which is a sentence about your ratings, not a claim about the drug. The table is captioned as rated by the patient, dose by dose, directly under the heading a clinician reads.

  4. 4. Skip freely and keep going

Missed a day or a week. Nothing here guilts, with no streak, no count of missed days and no confetti. Fill the last two weeks from memory where you can place them and skip anything you cannot. The record stays useful because every figure carries the number of entries behind it, honestly counted.

Questions

How long does one entry take?

Under a minute, one-handed, in the dark. One decision per screen and nothing needs typing.

What if my cycle is irregular?

Bleeding is logged by dragging a range, and no regular cycle is required. Endonem is not a period tracker.

How does the report show medication?

As your ratings: naproxen rated helping 1 of 4, a sentence about your ratings rather than the drug. The table is captioned as rated by the patient, dose by dose.

Is Endonem medical advice?

No. Endonem is a record, not a diagnosis. It does not detect, diagnose, treat, cure or prevent endometriosis or any other condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Bring the printed page and decide together with your clinician.
