What do readers bring to appointments?
Last updated: 2026-09-13 · Author: Endonem
An opt-in survey for readers. Counts only, no outcomes.
This is an opt-in survey for readers of this site. It asks about appointments attended in the last year, what was brought into the room, and what was forgotten. It asks nothing about outcomes. Years of it is probably nothing are hard to argue with from memory, so this survey counts what people carry on paper instead.
The questions
1. Appointments attended
How many clinician appointments about pelvic symptoms have you attended in the last 12 months? None. One. Two or three. Four or more.
2. What was brought
At the most recent one, what did you bring into the room? A printed report. A phone to show. Handwritten notes. Nothing.
3. What was forgotten
What did you forget or leave out? Pain timing. Place of pain. Bleeding pattern. Medication names and doses. Questions you wanted to ask.
4. Intake pages printed
If you used the intake, which pages did you print? Page one. More than page one. None yet.
5. Consent to publish counts
May your answers appear in the aggregate counts below? Yes, counts only. No, skip my answers.

No in-app survey exists and none is planned. The app has no networking code and no analytics, so it cannot ask you anything.
