Support

a human reads these

Write to sidd.develops@gmail.com — one person reads it, and it is the same address for support and for anything about the privacy policy.

One thing to know before you write: we have no copy of your record and no way to look anything up, because there is no account and no server. Please don’t send us your health information — describe the problem instead, and tell us your phone and OS version. If the app has been crashing, turn on Settings → Crash reports, reproduce it, then copy a report from that screen and paste it in. It contains no symptom, medication, name or identifier by design.

Endonem is a record, not a diagnosis. It does not detect, diagnose, treat, cure or prevent endometriosis or any other condition, and nothing in it is medical advice.

I am moving to a new phone

Export first on the old phone with Settings, Your data, Export everything, because the record stays out of backups on purpose and a new phone starts a new record, so the export file is what carries history forward and an encrypted backup stays free whenever wanted.

On the old phone:

  1. On the old phone: Settings → Your data → Export everything.
  2. Carry that file to the new phone yourself.

Getting my record out

Settings, Your data, Export everything produces one portable file with the record and its attachments for mail, files or print, while reports already compiled stay yours to read, print and send forever and a free encrypted backup remains available whenever wanted.

From the moment you send it, that copy is governed by wherever you sent it.

Deleting everything

Settings, Your data, Delete everything removes the encrypted database and its Keychain key from this device with no email chain, no grace period and no recovery, leaving no copy elsewhere, so take the free export first because the reversible step should come before the irreversible one.

  1. Export first: Settings → Your data → Export everything.
  2. Settings → Your data → Delete everything, hold to confirm.

See Erasure.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time in your App Store account, or from Subscription, Cancel subscription which opens the store page for the purchase, where cancelling stops future charges while the current period runs on, and nothing on the phone is deleted or held back because a subscription lapsed.

  1. In your App Store account, cancel directly.
  2. Or, from Subscription → Cancel subscription, which opens the store page.

Cancellation belongs to the store you bought from and does not delete, lock or alter anything you have logged.

I paid and the app doesn’t know

Use Subscription, Restore purchases while signed in with the store account used for purchase, and if the store cannot be reached the app keeps existing access rather than removing it, while reports already compiled stay readable, printable and sendable with or without a current subscription.

  1. Sign in to the store account you bought with.
  2. Use Subscription → Restore purchases.

Refunds

Refunds sit with the store used for purchase under its own policy, where Apple questions go through the Apple problem-report page and Google questions go through Play, since the app has no account and no server with which to see a purchase or issue a store charge reversal.

The store you bought from handles them under its own policy: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Play. We cannot issue one on their behalf.

I forgot my phone passcode / the app won’t unlock

The optional lock uses the device face, fingerprint or passcode with no separate Endonem password and no reset link, keeping the encrypted database closed without them, so losing both device and key means the record cannot be recovered by anyone which is the same property keeping it private.

There is no separate endonem password and no reset link by design.

Accessibility

Every screen works with screen readers and the largest text size the phone offers, with targets at least forty eight density pixels, severity shown by more than colour alone, and reduced motion respected, so report any failure here as a bug with phone and system version but no health details.

If something in the app fails you here, that is a bug and we want it: sidd.develops@gmail.com.

Search Endonem on the App Store.
