endonem

Subscription terms

effective 21 august 2026

What you are buying

The record is yours. The app is the subscription. A subscription opens Endonem after the intake: daily logging, the body map, the bleeding calendar, flares, medication, appointments, attachments, insights, and compiling a new report whenever you need one — sealing what your record holds that day into a fresh document. The intake is free to complete, so you can see what the app makes of your answers before you decide.

What is free, exactly

Completing the intake. Exporting and printing page 1 of the report it compiles from your answers — today or in a year. An encrypted backup of the whole record, whenever you want one. And any report you have already compiled stays readable and printable forever. Everything you would do after the intake is the subscription. Nothing free here expires and none of it is a trial.

Your record if you stop

Your record is stored only on this phone and is never deleted, altered or held because a subscription lapsed. Whether or not you subscribe, you can always export an encrypted backup of everything you have entered — the option is on the subscribe screen itself. What lapsing closes is the app, not your data.

Billing

Prices are shown in your currency on the subscribe screen, taken from the App Store or Google Play at the moment you look. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. After an introductory or returning-member period, the subscription renews at the store’s then-current recurring price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, the store states its length and terms before you confirm. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited if you subscribe before it ends.

Managing and cancelling

Both stores own cancellation: it happens in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and Subscription → Cancel subscription in this app takes you straight there. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves the current period running to its end.

It does not delete, lock, or alter anything you have logged.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its policy — Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Play. We cannot issue one on their behalf.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

That does not take away the consumer rights you have where you live. Where the law of your own country gives you more than this document does — a longer cancellation window, a statutory refund, a local court to bring a claim in — that law wins, and we will not argue otherwise.

The purchase itself is governed by the store you made it in as well: Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions, or the Google Play Terms of Service.

endonem is a record, not a diagnosis, and nothing here is medical advice — see What endonem is. If you are in severe pain, bleeding heavily, or something has changed suddenly, contact a doctor or your local emergency service.
