What endonem is

Endonem is a record, not a diagnosis. It does not detect, diagnose, treat, cure or prevent endometriosis or any other condition, and nothing in it is medical advice.

What it does is keep an accurate account of what you experienced and when, in a form a clinician can read in the time you have with them. Deciding what that account means is their work, and yours together — not the app’s.

The 0–100 score for how much pain gets in the way of your life is your own answer, on this app’s own scale, tracked against your own earlier answers. It is not a clinical instrument and it is not compared against one.

If you are in severe pain, bleeding heavily, or something has changed suddenly, contact a doctor or your local emergency service. Do not wait to log it first.
